Book A Trial
Why not book onto a trial on one of our classes where you can have the chance to experience what a class looks like and get a feel for the community and the gym.
Our brilliant trainers will help you through the class and will regress any exercise and help with your form to make sure you are getting the most out of your class and safely.
Pay £10 for the initial trial and if you sign up for the membership you get the £10 of their 1st payment.
